Built by Analysts, For Analysts

We started because we couldn't find the training we actually needed when we were breaking into the field.

Back in 2019, three of us were trying to transition into investment analysis roles. The problem? Most courses taught outdated methods or skipped the messy reality of working with incomplete data.

How We Got Here

2019

Started in a Shared Office

Three former research assistants met weekly to share what we were learning. We realized we were all struggling with the same gaps — nobody taught us how to validate data sources or handle reporting inconsistencies.

2021

First Workshop Series

Started running weekend workshops for people making career shifts into finance. We focused on practical scenarios — the kind where you need to reconcile conflicting statements or explain assumptions to skeptical clients.

2023

Expanded to Online Format

Moved content online so professionals outside major cities could access it. We kept the interactive approach — small groups, real case studies, and plenty of time for questions that don't have neat textbook answers.

2025

Supporting 300+ Analysts

Now we work with mid-career professionals looking to sharpen specific skills. Our students range from equity analysts transitioning sectors to credit researchers expanding their toolkit.

What Guides Our Work

Reality Over Theory

We teach methods that hold up when data's messy, deadlines are tight, and clients ask hard questions. Because that's the actual job.

Small Group Learning

Classes max out at 12 people. You'll get feedback on your work, not generic advice from someone who hasn't looked at your models.

Respect Your Schedule

Most of our students work full-time. Sessions are scheduled for evenings and weekends, with recordings available if something comes up.

Who You'll Work With

Callisto Brenner, Lead Financial Analyst and Instructor

Callisto Brenner

Lead Financial Analyst and Instructor

I spent six years as an equity analyst covering industrial companies before switching to education. I still consult part-time, which keeps my examples current. When I'm teaching, I focus on the judgment calls that don't show up in formulas — like deciding when management guidance is reliable or how to adjust for one-time events.

My background is in engineering, which shows up in how I approach valuation: systematic but flexible. I believe in showing multiple methods and explaining when each one makes sense.

How We Actually Teach This Stuff

Financial analysis isn't something you learn from lectures alone. We structure sessions around real scenarios — you'll work through case studies, build models, and get detailed feedback on your approach.

  • Live modeling sessions where we work through valuations together and discuss why certain approaches work better in different contexts
  • Weekly office hours for one-on-one questions about your specific projects or career transitions
  • Case libraries with real company examples — including the ones where standard methods break down and you need creative solutions
